Five supplements, every dose on the label

Magnesium glycinate, vitamin D3 with K2, omega-3 fish oil, creatine monohydrate, and an unflavored electrolyte mix. Each is one ingredient or a short formula, and the exact amount of every ingredient is printed on the label. Every lot is tested before it ships, and the report is filed under the lot number on the bottle.

How a lot gets its report

Four steps between a production run and the report you read.

  1. A lot is made

Each production run gets a four-digit lot number. It is printed on every bottle and jar from that run.

  2. Samples go to an independent lab

Bottles from the lot are tested for the labeled dose and for lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury.

  3. The report is filed under the lot

Label dose, measured result, metals and the test date go on record against that lot number.

  4. You look it up

Type the number from your bottle into the lot lookup and read the report for it.

Questions people ask before they order

Is the report for my bottle, or for the product in general?

For your bottle. Reports are filed by lot number, and the lot number is printed on the bottle. A different lot has its own report.

Where is the lot number?

It is printed on every bottle and jar: four digits, for example 2604.

Why do the reports say "Sample report"?

The reports on this site are samples, not results for lots on sale yet. They show what every report contains: label dose, measured result, heavy metals, and test date. When a lot ships, its own report is filed under its lot number and replaces the sample.

Is the magnesium glycinate really glycinate?

The label names the form, magnesium bisglycinate chelate, and gives the elemental magnesium: 200 mg per serving. The lot report measures elemental magnesium against that number.

Are there blends or hidden doses?

No. Every ingredient is listed with its exact amount. There are no proprietary blends in any of the five.

What about heavy metals?

Each report lists lead, cadmium, arsenic and mercury in micrograms per serving, next to the limit each one is held to.

Can I skip or cancel a subscription?

Yes, online, without calling anyone. Choose every 30, 60, or 90 days, then skip a delivery, change the schedule or products, or cancel any time before the next renewal.

What does shipping cost?

One-time orders ship for $5.95. Subscriptions ship free.

How much should I take?

Each label gives the serving. Whether that is right for you is a question for your doctor; this site is not medical advice.
